does xen appear frozen for anyone else or is it just me...?

ah it is down. i kept hitting refresh on the servers and it kept sayin 34 people in prime, and wouldnt let me log in. closed xen and re opened, servers are down. thanks EoD.

edit: since so many people are getting pulls back, do u think hes gonna speed up the chest refresh time, or will we all have to battle it our for our pulls....?

Im going to wait till next week for a pull. Not gonna camp that freaking chest for a O bow or O sword.

Yeah thanks EOD, at least someones letting us know whats going on...

So every that was sold for plats before reset doesn't come back to count i saw my stroage and saw none of my bps/la/velos/arc robes i also saw that my Bp's didn't go back down to 0.

So it looks like character restoration will have to be on a case by case basis. The only thing that has happened is I lost my quest ring.

EJ, when will I get my characters back??
I gave you all of the correct information and then some so that you might be able to find some back up data. You even replied to me, so I figure I didn't just go back to the bottom of the restoring accounts list.

Was it just your highest chest pull or all? I only had my 40 removed and all my gear wiped* and I didn't even need my character restored.

* NDNT shit from quests since; I had given most of my tradables away/to Viper before I left for a break.

yes it worked out quite well, there doesn't seem to be any bugs

How has this resolved the duping problem? I understand that items after the merge have been wiped and so on, but what is stopping the people from duping again?

Not all of it was. There were a few bugs caused by the merge that people could abuse to duplicate items. When I get home I'm going to test them out to see which ones were fixed, and email EJ about the ones that weren't.

If EJ restores my quest VA it will be much appreciated.. As silly as it sounds it took my 3 hours of waiting to kill sneek. I know its lame but its the sweetest ring I've ever owned playing on and off for the last 6ish years.

Once the post-op procedures are taken care of, will you start dealing with password related issues? That is, will you be able to assist with an account lost because I the password changed on the merge and I can't remember the secret word but I have a handful of PayPal ID's?

I understand you are inundated with email queries but it can get frustrating not being able to log into an account.
