I uninstalled the game, download it and install it again but still it wont open.
I also install the update.

I sned this to the staff, I also send them more e-mails before but there is no answering for anything from his staff.
Any one got any clue what to do?

Finelly it work.
Because I didnt play for more then 4 years people told me I can get Chest reset because all of my gear was gone,,,
Do you also handle on things like that? no answer from EJ about this for more then 10 days..

Is there any reason that he won't?
I lost all the gear I had at the gear reset so why he wont do so?
